Arif Gasilov is a Partner at Gasilov Group, where he leads the firm's energy regulatory analysis and ESG compliance practice. His work covers utility rate cases, integrated resource planning proceedings, state commission decisions, and federal infrastructure policy, with particular focus on clients in industrial manufacturing, data center infrastructure, and energy-intensive operations. He also consults on CSRD and ESRS alignment, double materiality assessments, Scope 1-3 emissions baselining, and climate risk methodology.

Arif has also conducted policy research at the University of Arizona. He has prepared pre-filing analysis and intervention materials for NV Energy IRP proceedings before the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada and has provided regulatory research support on IRP-related topics.
