Maryna Hritsyshyna is a member of the Legal team at Fluence, where she advises on contractual and claims-related matters for large-scale battery energy storage projects in Germany and in the EU. She has more than 14 years of experience in energy law and regulation, advising companies on hydrogen, renewable energy, Power-to-X technologies, and energy storage across Germany, Ukraine, and the EU.

Prior to joining Fluence, Maryna held senior regulatory positions in the hydrogen and e-fuels sector and led the energy practice at one of Ukraine's leading law firms, where she advised on more than 2 GW of renewable energy projects. She has also contributed to European policy discussions on hydrogen and CO₂-derived fuels through collaboration with industry associations and stakeholders.

Maryna holds an LL.M. in German Law from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg (2023) and is currently pursuing a PhD on the regulation of Power-to-X technologies in the EU and the US at the University of Eastern Finland. She has published extensively on hydrogen law and energy regulation.
