The Renewable Energy and International Law Project (REIL) is assessing barriers, whether intended and unwitting, to, and unrealized opportunities for the development of the market for renewable energy that may be present in international law. REIL is an international partnership. being carried out in association with the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership, Yale's Center for Environmental Law & Policy, and Baker & McKenzie's Global Clean Energy and Climate Change Practice.
