Born in Lagos, Nigeria, the author is a lawyer, and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
LL.M in Petroleum Taxation and Finance at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy in Dundee. As a part of this programme, the author has undertaken in depth researches into various aspects of petroleum taxation and petroleum finance, prevalent within our industry today.
