In an effort to ensure that oil revenues are managed in a transparent manner, Open Society Institute has launched this initiative which monitors the development of oil production in a number of Countries & Regions (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Africa etc). The goal is to promote transparency, accountability, and public oversight in the management of oil and natural gas revenues.
