Mr. Mullerat has extensive experience in the real estate sector, particularly in advising companies on the acquisition of property, above all of shopping centers and office buildings, and in the management of real estate portfolios, hotels and tourist developments. He is also an expert in environmental and energy law, and has advised companies on environmental risks, and administrative, civil and litigation proceedings, including substantial advice to foreign governments and international institutions on national, EU and international environmental law.

He lectures on environmental law at the Institut Superior de Dret i Economia, and has also lectured on international contracts at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. He participates regularly in national and international seminars and congresses on the environment and energy. He is the author of several articles including "European Environmental Liability: one step forward" and "Algunas reflexiones sobre el nuevo régimen comunitario de responsabilidad ambiental".
