EXPERIENCE: Scott Craig is an associate in the Austin office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Scott has worked on several stock and asset acquisitions representing both domestic and international buyers and sellers. Such work includes negotiating and drafting purchase agreements and other ancillary agreements, performing due diligence, and assisting in drafting due diligence reports with respect to those acquisitions. Scott also has represented real estate funds investing in several joint ventures in Latin America. Before attending law school, Scott worked for three years as a management consultant for Manhattan Associates, Inc., a supply-chain and warehouse-management consulting and software company.
