Randall Swisher

Renewable Energy Advocate.
He first became involved with renewable energy advocacy in 1975. Between 1976 and 1981, Swisher served as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and Georgetown University Law Center, where he taught courses on energy policy. Swisher has a Ph.D. in American Civilization from George Washington University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Iowa.
