Dipl. Jur. Jan Nicolai Hennemann, B.Eng. (Hons).
Nicolai has more than 10 years of work experience in the energy industry. He studied law at the University of Bonn, Germany and participated in a LL.M. in Energy Law and Policy program at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Resources Law and Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee, Scotland. Furthermore, Nicolai holds an engineering degree and studied industrial engineering and management at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim, Germany and at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA.
Nicolai has received several scholarships and prizes; a DAAD European Excellence Scholarship, a Baden-Wuerttemberg Scholarship, a DPDHL Scholarship and an ERASMUS Scholarship. He frequently takes part in conventions and conferences on international energy and environmental issues in Europe, America and Asia.
Nicolai has published several articles and a book on energy law, engineering, economics and policy. Most recently Nicolai joined the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management as lecturer in economics.
