This study focuses on the nature, sources and implications of regulatory uncertainties and transaction risks in greenhouse gas markets. Because it is part of the series of studies of the 'business dimension' in the collaboration projects, it explicitly adopts the perspective of firms, particularly those that are actually or potentially involved in greenhouse gas allowances transactions and/or offset projects.
