Introduction
This report presents a snapshot survey of how two high impact sectors are managing the issue of biodiversity. The report's overall objective is to show how companies are dealing with biodiversity at the levels of policy, implementation and reporting. Considerable work has already been done elsewhere on defining biodiversity and explaining why failure to manage it properly represents a business risk to the extractive sectors.
