Abstract
This report, fïnanced by the World Bank, has been written to share the European and especially Dutch experience with tradable green certifïcate systems and Renewable Portfolio Standards with Chinese policy makers and policy advisors. It briefly explains the working of the European industry-led initiative Renewable Energy Certifïcate System (RECS).
