Since the author's earlier piece on the offshore renewable energy (RES) provisions of the UK Energy Bill in OGEL 5 (2003) (see also June 2004, Journal of Planning and Environmental Law , 4-22, forthcoming), the Bill has completed its passage through the House of Lords.
