p>As reported on 13 July 2004, Kenyan Attorney-General Amos Wako has disclosed to the Kenyan anti-corruption commission that the claimant had himself provided testimony to the ICSID tribunal in the World Duty Free v Kenya case on how he made a large cash donation to the then Kenyan President, Daniel Arap Moi, in order to obtain permits for an investment in Kenya.
