Introduction
Time is running out for Paul Bremmer and the US to pursue the best idea around for rebuilding Iraq, namely, an Iraqi Peoples' Trust Fund. This Fund, roughly modeled on the Alaskan Trust in the US, would accomplish so much and would be so positive a development it is a mystery why it appears confined to a few Op Eds and TV chatter. The mechanism would be simple - the simpler the better.
