RFE/RL NEWSLINE Vol. 9, No. 33, Part I, 18 February 2005 - Deputy Natural Resources Minister Anatolii Temkin said on 17 February that Russian-registered subsidiaries of foreign companies will be able to participate in license tenders to develop 40 eastern Siberian oil-and-gas deposits in 2006, Interfax reported.
