Introduction
Included in this special edition of the Oil, Gas and Energy Law Journal , are articles from many nations on that old yet new source of power, wind energy. What is new, of course, is that over the past decade wind energy has moved from the realm of minor player on the energy scene to that of a major energy sector in its own right.
