Introduction

A brief report on the 10th International Energy Forum (IEF) meeting in Doha. The principal host country was Qatar. Its national oil company, Qatar Petroleum, in conjunction with the International Energy Forum Secretariat, did an outstanding job of preparing the meeting and providing hospitality to the participants. The meeting took place under Chatham House rules, so I am unable to identify individual speakers, but I can identify some of the themes which were discussed.
