Introduction
p>The Angolan Government has just enacted a Law whose scope is to establish the rules and procedures of the public bids through which private companies will be able to (i) obtain the status of associates to the national concessionaire or (ii) to provide services and goods to the concessionaire. Before discussing the content of the Law it is worth understanding the reason underlying its enactment.
