Introduction
The Journal of Energy & Natural Resources Law was founded in the early 1980s. It grew out of the practical and theoretical challenges of a particular experience - the establishment of the North Sea oil and gas industry. A generation of dynamic and creative lawyers, both practitioners and academics, were deeply and successfully involved in the process.
