Abstract
New trade relations have also made Turkey and Syria to collaborate in oil and gas exploration activities to jointly explore prospective structures along their border zone which has been neglected since 1980s. After selecting a part where the NOCs operate, de-mining of a 550 km section of this border is the first step towards a cross-border exploratory unitization between these countries.
