Introduction
This article summarises the most pertinent information available from the recent assessment work completed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development's (EBRD or the Bank) Legal Transition Team (LTT) in collaboration with the French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel with respect to legal regimes of concession in Early Transition Countries (ETC).[1] This project was financed by the French government.
