Introduction
On the 27 and 28 of October 2006 all oil companies operating in Bolivia, including Total, BG, BP and Repsol, signed a total of forty four (44) Contratos de Operación ("Operations Contracts") abiding by the terms of the nationalization program dictated by President Evo Morales.
