Introduction
This forum will tackle selected issues from the recent developments in EC energy law. Unbundling is one of the most controversial issues in the current European energy debate. Similarly, long-term agreements continue to be a highly complicated issue, not to mention the measures to mitigate climate change. There are two themes that seem to cover most of today's topics: vertical structures in energy markets and security of supply.
