p>The Commission for Energy Regulation ('CER') has recently completed a consultation process regarding revision of the current gas market arrangements in Ireland. The consultation process centred on gas capacity investment and trading, transportation services, nominations and balancing, shrinkage gas and line-pack, and is part of an on-going process of restructure and reform of the gas industry. In particular, the CER sought comment on the following issues:
- Investment and trading
- Transportation services
- Balancing regime aims
- Shrinkage gas.
