Abstract
The policy of resource nationalism is not a new concept in political science. The policy became widely known in the XX century when the processes of nationalisation of oil industries occurred in major oil producing countries such as Iran, Iraq and Venezuela during the 1970s. At the same time, the issue of resource nationalism has become significant as in recent years, we have been witnessing an increase of such cases all over the world.
