Abstract
A large amount of climate change- and energy-related legislation has recently been adopted worldwide in an attempt to manage climate change and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Most of this legislation adopts concrete legal actions against climate change by focusing on the development of renewable energy or the implementation of the Kyoto Mechanisms.
