Abstract
Access to pipelines is one of the crucial factors for energy markets. Without access to transport infrastructures, energy resources cannot be easily commercialized. Moreover, there is an ever-increasing importance of open sea terminals, which are necessary to export oil and LNG tankers to the world markets.
