Abstract
The advanced stages of development of a fleet of low-capacity nuclear power plants installed on floating barges, so-called transportable nuclear power plants by Russia's Nuclear Energy State Company is an innovative application of Russia's technical expertise in the field of nuclear powered icebreakers for the Arctic.
