Abstract
This article will examine and discuss the developments in EU competition law enforcement in the EU energy markets, with the focus on natural gas markets and contractual arrangements along the natural gas value chain. The focus of the article is on the application of Articles 101 TFEU (prohibition of cartels) and 102 TFEU (prohibition of the abuse of dominant position).
