After four OGEL specials in 2012, we continue 2012 with this regular issue which overs a variety of topics, including a number of papers looking at Unconventional Oil & Gas - one of which was awarded the D. Francis Bustin Prize - a look at India's Massive Grid Collapse of August 2012; China and several book reviews.
The special issues this year have been about the European Union energy law, about the Arctic region, a festive OGEL 10 years special and the Liber Amicorum. As always, the articles have covered a wide range of topics and focused on critical or difficult issues of law and policy and their application to the energy sector. The same is set to continue with the upcoming OGEL specials, which include "Risks and Responses to Risk in the Energy Sector" and "Nuclear Law and Policy" (papers still welcome!).
