Introduction
This book assesses the dynamics of large energy infrastructure projects. The literature on energy infrastructure projects is limited and more is needed, and hence this book is a welcome addition. With the on-going global economic recession financing new infrastructure of any type is a difficult process but even more so for transboundary energy projects such as those covered in this book.
