Introduction
At last, Australia has a definitive text on petroleum law, dealing with both oil and gas. For decades, Australian lawyers have had to manage without one, largely because Australian petroleum law has been evolving. The closest text has been Michael White's "Australian Offshore Laws" published by Federation Press in 2009.
