The Environmental Dimension of the Proposals of the Energy Community's High Level Reflection Group

Abstract
This paper discusses the impacts of the possible enlargement of the Energy Community's environmental acquis as proposed by the High Level Reflection Group in the course of 2014. The proposals are analysed from four different points of view: the legal procedures necessary for their implementation, their foreseeable cost and benefits, the estimated implementation effort required by the Contracting Parties and their effectiveness, efficiency and coherence with the objectives of the Energy Community.
