Abstract
After the ratification of the Paris Agreement, the Clean Energy Package has been indicated as an ambitious reaction to the inefficiencies of the 2020 Package and a booster for EU's fight to climate change. The Commission aimed achieving ambitious climate objectives while giving flexibility to the Member States and completing the internal energy market.
