Introduction
The European Energy Law Reports is the outcome series of the European Energy Law Seminar, organized on an annual basis since 1989. Despite the name ('European'), the seminar seeks to present 'an overview of the most important legal developments in the field of international, EU and national energy and climate law'. The present book is already the thirteenth European Energy Law Report published in the series that draws from the seminars held in 2018 and 2019.
