Summary
UCTE's Annual General Assembly gives the green light to launch a broad
feasibility study - talks between CIS countries and UCTE step into a next
stage. Following a request from the Russian electrical power system
operator RAO UES to interconnect synchronously CIS with UCTE
countries, UCTE decided to launch a detailed feasibility study.
