Abstract
(Minor revisions 13/06/2024) Electricity power generation, transmission and distribution involves siting energy infrastructure ("EI"), most of which can be disruptive to ecosystems and property ownership rights. In 2024, out of 1.5 billion people who are yet to have access to electricity, 600 million live in Africa. Despite already existing energy infrastructure there is need for more.
