This article analyses legislative requirements, practices, and processes for managing agricultural land use conflicts and coexistence of mineral resources, CSG, and renewable energy in Queensland. It examines the evolving legal landscape in Queensland, including the recently passed MEROLAA and the role of Coexistence Queensland.
