Liberalisation of the electricity sector in France

Summary
The electricity sector in France is mainly regulated by the law dated 10 February 2000 as amended by the law dated 3 January 2003. The 2003 law completes the implementation in France of the electricity directive (96/92/EC Directive of 19 December 1996).
