Summary
The Baltic Sea Region spans the area from St Petersburg and the Baltic States in the East to Norway in the West, and from Germany and Poland in the South to Barents Sea in the North. The Region has for centuries been culturally and historically closely interconnected, and trade in the region has throughout the centuries been flourishing.
