Summary
On 21 May 2003 in Stockholm, a 'Framework Agreement on a Multilateral Nuclear Environmental Programme in the Russian Federation' ('MNEPR Agreement') was signed. Signatories to the Agreement are Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, the Russian Federation, Sweden, the UK, the USA, the European Community, and the European Atomic Energy Community. On the same day, a Protocol on Claims, Legal Procedings, and Indemnification to the MNEPR Agreement was signed by the same signatories with the exception of the USA.
