Introduction
Doctor Ishrak Siddiky has written a small, well-researched and nicely organized book that focuses on the energy policies of one country-Bangladesh-a country that will suffer immensely if the worst elements of climate change and global warming come to be. Indeed, even now, Bangladesh is experiencing some of the most extreme consequences of climate change.
