MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Omni Bridgeway Limited ("Omni Bridgeway") brings this action against the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy of the Republic of Albania ("MIE"), the National Agency of Natural Resources of the Republic of Albania ("AKBN"), and Albpetrol Sh.A ("Albpetrol") (collectively, "Defendants"). Omni Bridgeway seeks to confirm and enforce an arbitral award rendered in favor of its predecessor in interest--GBC Oil Company Limited ("GBC Oil")-- against all three Defendants. Pending before the court is Omni Bridgeway's Motion for Default Judgment. For the reasons explained below, the court will grant the motion and confirm the petition.
