The Arbitral Tribunal of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) has issued a final award in the case initiated by Modus Energy International B.V. (now Green Genius International B.V.) against the State of Ukraine, fully dismissing all claims.
