For the above reasons, we dismissed both the Leave Summons and the Stay Summons at the hearing on 30 March 2026, save that we made an order that the time for the Plaintiff to comply with the §3 Order be extended by 6 weeks (counting from the date of the hearing). Save as aforesaid, the Interim Stay Order lapsed upon our dismissal of the Summonses on 30 March 2026.
