New CEPMLP courses: International Business Transactions & International Dispute Management

International Business Transactions
The International Business Transactions programme is designed to meet the evolving needs of governmental and international agencies, multinational companies and legal and financial consultancy firms. The aim is to develop expertise in the following areas:
- Commercial and treaty negotiations;
- Infrastructure investment;
- International project finance;
- Contract and economic treaty drafting; and
- The management of these relations within national and international regulatory frameworks.

International Dispute Management
Responding to industry requirements, the CEPMLP is pleased to announce the introduction of this new course which offers education and training in the arena of institutional and ad hoc dispute management and resolution mechanisms. The aim of the LL.M. in International Dispute Management is to educate students in the theory and practice of international dispute management, from their causes to their consequences, from prevention to management to settlement.
The specialisation aims to provide an intellectually challenging academic programme of study, which will enable the student to analyse, synthesise and evaluate key theoretical concepts of dispute settlement/management in international business transactions and their practical applications, with a particular focus on the natural resources and energy industries
