President of the Center for Global Studies "Strategy XXI" (since 2009), a Kiyv-based think tank specializing in energy security affairs; Director of the Energy Programs of the NOMOS Center (since 2006), a Sebastopol-based think tank specializing in Caspian and Black Seas studies. He has worked as a Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "UkrTransNafta" (National Oil Transportation Operator) and as an Advisor to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
