Daniya is a distinguished attorney based in Montreal, Quebec, specializing in international law with a focus on the energy sector, mining, aerospace, and manufacturing. Her expertise encompasses corporate and commercial law, mining and aerospace law, international trade, and cross-border transactions.
With extensive experience in management consulting, oil and gas, diplomatic services, and the Canadian aerospace manufacturing sector, Daniya has held key positions, including senior contracts executive and lead contracts negotiator in defense aerospace.
