Daniel García-Barragán L. is an Associate at García Barragán Abogados and focuses his practice on international arbitration, commercial litigation, as well as international business transactions. He represents States, private entities, and individuals on international disputes and public international law matters. Also, Mr. García Barragán advises companies in cross-border transactions, and compliance matters involving Latin America. Mr. Garcia-Barragan's experience as counsel in international commercial and investment arbitration involve proceedings under the ICC, ICSID, NAFTA and as well as Mexican arbitration rules. His arbitration experience includes oil & gas pipelines, electricity transmission towers, technology joint ventures, telecommunication licenses, real estate developments, as well as expropriation claims .
He is a member of the Young International Arbitration Practitioners of New York and currently serves as Vice-President of the Young Arbitrators Commission of ICC Mexico.
